Suggest Treatment For Delayed Milestones And Mental Retardation

Hi I have a patient, aged 17 1/2 yrs with the complaints of late milestones,restlessness and poor academic performances. The last test being conducted by department of Applied Psychology University of Calcutta, India in year 2001( Patient was 9 yrs old ) with findings 1> Analysis of BG drawing revealed a score of 15shows a high significance in distoration of visio-motor gestalt functioning. 2> Qualitative Analysis revealed promitive gestalt form due to organic brain damage and retardation 3> In Seguin form board her mental age came as 4 1/2 ( when she was actually 9 yrs ) and Social Quotion was 56.77....Lots of improvement is visible and She is now studying at 10th Standard but not good in Study but excellant in Musics and already established her as a Indian Classical Singer......Pl advise how to restart now the further Medical Course to get her 100 % fit individual.....Mr. Chaks/ India
