Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period After Protected Sex

lady of age 37 had intercourse during her period but they used condom, her next period time was supposed to be on 24th Jan but delayed, she checked UPT but found negative; further without consulting any doctor, she took MT pills on 25th & 27th Jan; further she consulted gynec on 30th jan and that doc also checked UPT found negative; doctor also checked thyroid and found higher (around 700) and hence doctor prescribed Maxogest 2 tabs daily (morning & evening) for next 5 days, also asked her to increase the dose of medicines for thyroid and doctor told that lady to wait till 18th Feb. Accordingly Maxogest dose was over on 3rd feb evening and today is 6th Feb. kindly advice further.
