Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period With Cramps And White Discharge

Hi, I am 32 year old married working woman (married for lasyt more than 3 years). I never had irregular periods but this time i have niot got my periods (ideal day was 28th August).. it has been 5 days. my Prega news tst is negative (i checked on 30th Aug afternoon and then FMU of 31st Aug and today). All negative. i am having few symptoms like cramping (for last almost 9 days as if periods are coming), white discharge, tiredness.. pls suggest what to do..
