Suggest Treatment For Delayed Periods After Taking Susten 300

Hi dr, I started taking susten 300 On November 28 Night onwards as my period got delayed for 14 Days. My usual cycle is 32-38 Days and i tested 3 times for pregnancy , all of which were negative. My dosage is susten 300 At night for 5 Days. But i wanted to get my period before 3 Rd December bcz my husband will go abroad on 16Th December.Is it advisable to take susten 300 Twice a day and stop after three days to get my periods. I uave to consult my gynac after getting my periods. Pls reply

Susten 300 is a synthetic progesterone.A withdrawal bleeding just like menses may occur after interupting the use of this drug.Since you already took susten 300 for 5 days, just interupt the use of the drug.You will get a withdrawal bleeding in 2 to 7 days of last dose.You may not need to double your dose.
