Suggest Treatment For Delusions, Bi-polar Disorder And Psychotic Depression

My husband is bi-polar and is suffering from psychotic depression with many delusions. He takes .5ml of liquid haldol daily. Many of the delusions are gone, but he still has delusions about his teeth pushing together. This morning I noticed that his gums were bleeding, without having been brushed. Unfortunately he doesn t brush his teeth regularly, but I was wondering if this bleeding could be attributed to the haldol, even though it s a very low dose.
