Suggest Treatment For Dementia

My mother has had 2 strokes. She is 69 yrs old. She was recently diagnosed with dimentia. I have been taking care of her and she came after me with a broom. She is currently in a nursing home and wants to come home. I would like to bring her home, I dont think she is ready for a nursing home. Is there any in home help I can get to come into the home and help me and maybe give me a break once in awhile. I have no other help and do it all by myself. please help me. Thank you.
