Suggest Treatment For Dengue

My son 11 yrs is suffering from high fever from 20. 8. 2016 went to the doctor on 22. 08. 2016 he was prescribed azithral 500 one daily but suddenly on 25. 08. 2016 red rashes appeared we rushed to the doctor he was advised for dengue ns1 test it came positive we were told that he has dengue only paracetomal should be given we started paracetamol SOS but since then he has low grade fever 99 to 100 now we changed the doctor on 17. 09. 2016 for this low grade fever he was prescribed taxim o 200 now as he was having loose motion and cramping in stomach the doctor added off suspension syrup 15 no twice as his weight is 50 kg is he been correctly diaogonised pls suggest and also suggest below 100 is fever or not
