Suggest Treatment For Dent In Parietal Eminence Area Of 11 Month Old Baby

hi my daughter is 11 months old ,yesterday she fell from the top of the stairs and landed in the bottom,tumbled about 10 stairs in between around 11:30 pm,cried continuously for about 30 -45 minutes,she a bump on her left parietal eminence measuring 4x5 cms,we applied ice straight after,she kind of settled and slept through the night,in the morning the swollening was completely reduced but by today s afternoon we noted a dent in the same place,this just measures the middle of a tip of the finger,its really worrying ,what should we do?,she is really active as usual,i can not identify somethimng different with her activities can anyone please help, thanks,
