Suggest Treatment For Dent In The Thigh

After having my cosmetic surgeon that I work for attempt to remove cellulite with a needle that had a small blade on it he caused me to have a hemotoma and when that healed I am now left, in the top of my thigh, a golfball size dent in my leg. Is there anything that can be done about it?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you must be having diabetes, or a tendency for scar formation.
It is to be handled care fully, with mild steroid locally and systematically.
The solution is the cutting the edges of the dent and suturing the edges, and following the above steps from the 5th day onwards, observing the healing process.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
