Suggest Treatment For Dent On Forehead Post Injury

Hello, I received a blow to the head from a hammer in the forehead today(not a full swing, more of a , the hammer slipped of the screw we were pulling out of wood and hit me in the forehead). It wasn t a full swing but immedietely it cut my head. And next to the cut there is a small dent or something. I didn t lose conciousness or anything. I put ice on it immediately. And I feel slightly different then before but it doesn t seem to do much beside a minor headache and a little bit of dizziness... should I go get it checked out more closely?
