my dad is not well ,not eating food properly,not going 2 work ,since from last week he is not well,keep talking with own self sometime he sound hw dog r shouting .i visted a dr. she gave a medicine but no result can't understand what 2 do ,i had seen my dad 1st time like this plz help

Self taking, decrease interaction, odd behavior would go towards psychosis. In that case, he needs antipsychotic. With antipsychotic, he would be fine. These drugs are not available over the counter. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
