Suggest Treatment For Depression And Acne

Hello Sir, i'm a unmarried female patient of twenty six years old. for a severe problem of acne i consulted physician and according to his guidence i have been taking acutret20 for last 45 days and now i can feel that at there is no acne on my face at present. but i had a severe depression prob earlier and now also i am not out of that prob but comperatively in a better stage than earlier though not taking any medicine at present. so my question is that how much it is save to use ACUTRET in this condition? and can a severe depression cure automatically without medicine though at present i am taking PROTHIADEN75 on supervision of my doctor for loss of appetite and other digestion prob along with other medicines. so how much is PROTHIADEN effective to cure depression? i am also not in good term with my family. they misbehave with me and always treat me as a psychiatric patient. so what can i do in this condition? i am very restless and becoming more depressed specially for the non co operation of my father and other family members. so pls suggest me sir and help me by answering my queries.....THANK YOU.
