Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety Attacks

i am in extreme depression and getting panicked in every small small matters. i am unable to do anything as even small things seems very big and impossible to me. my family is very badly effected because of my behaiour. please help me my age 58

my height 175 cm my weight 74 kg.

Hi,

I can understand the distress that you must be facing due to your symptoms. Depression and anxiety are conditions which are amenable to treatment. You should seek a psychiatric consultation and initiate treatment for the same.

Anti-depressant medications like escitalopram or sertraline would be effective in your condition. Since these medications take some time to show its effect, benzodiazepines like clonazepam can be added for a short duration to take care of the anxiety initially.

welcome to HCM.
from your history i think you are suffering from generalised anxiety disorder.depression is a side effect of this panics.
i shall advise you to take alprazolam 0.5 odhs and also consult a psychiatrist.
