General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

A consultation with a cardiologist will be mandatory along with an EKG and a 2D echocardiography because of possible conditions like myocarditis, pericarditis, myocardial infarction, mitral valve prolapse, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, along with other non-cardiac causes thay need to be investigated due to the appearance of the inverted T waves.

Best wishes.
