General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have these symptoms for more than 2 weeks then an SSRI drug (such as citalopram or sertraline) can be started to help with the symptoms. I would avoid clonazepam as this is a benzodiazepine and may cause addiction. You should not use it more than a week.

Also, counseling may be recommended to help you control your thoughts and deal with your fears.
Try to avoid any energy drinks, alcohol, coffee, smoking, etc.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,
