Suggest Treatment For Depression And Frequent UTI While On Implanon

So I ve had the nexplanon/implanon implant for 10 months now after having my son. And ever since I got it I ve been blindly experiencing horrible symptoms. I didn t put it all together until now after reading about others using the same implant and also experiencing the same things I have been. I ve been really depressed and haven t had the desire to do absolutely anything. I feel as if it took away all my emotions so that I only feel down and angry all the time. It s not post partum depression. Ive lost a whole bunch of hair, not the usual post hair loss. I ve been bleeding for almost 2 months now. I ve been getting frequent UTI s and now today I noticed a really foul embarrassing odor that smells rotten/infected which I ve never experienced before. I m going to schedule to have it removed but any ideas on what could be happening or if I should seek emergency medical assistance or not?
