Suggest Treatment For Depression And Suicidal Tendency

I don't know if this is the right website to email, but i woke up in the middle of the night about two years ago, and i wanted to kill myself. I didnt know why, I was always the happiest kid before that. It literally just struck me over night. There had been nothing going wrong at that time in my life, and i would like to know how something like this could have happened to me. I am in college currently and have been struggling a lot lately with my depression. Please let me know if you have any ideas of how this might have happened.

I think, that episode could be due to underline anxiety disorder or panic attack. Sometime, due to panic attack, people feeling to impending of doom or suicidal thoughts. Though, suicidal thoughts are rare, but this could be the possible explanation in your case. Rest, i could explain, when you could describe the incident in more detail.
