Suggest Treatment For Depression And Swollen Vein In Finger
30 minutes ago i felt sharp pain in my vein my hand finger vein and i feel it now everytime i close my grip the vein kinda swollen and im 25 male healthy don t smoke i have depression i cry everyday a lot and the question is should i go to er now is it a serious blood clot
Blood clots do not commonly occur in the fingers. There are more common in the veins of the lower limb compared to the upper limb so there is likely another cause.
There may be inflammation of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, surrounding soft tissue). This would cause swelling and pain with particular movements.
You can try an anti inflammatory pain killer such as cataflam, ibuprofen, naproxen if you can use one of these.
In terms of the depression, this should be addressed because depression is a serious condition with a lot of possible complications
I hope this helps
