Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

She have symptoms like depression and unsocial behaviour. She always remain severely depressed and she doesn't know what she is thinking. This could be due to depression. For depression you need to consult a good psychiatrist. In depression anti-depressants are used to treat the situation. Medicines like SSRIs as Sertraline, Paroxetine, Escitalopram or in severe cases SNRIs as Venlafaxine etc drugs are used. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
Apart from medicines improve her diet, provide her balanced protein rich diet. Cognitive Therapy by a psychologist also help in supporting the medicine.

Thanks, hope this helps you
