Suggest Treatment For Depression, Anxiety And High Cholesterol For A 54-year-old Woman

I am 54, female, obese, have depression, anxiety, belly, fat, high cholesterol, very high triglycerides, take cymbalta, Wellbutrin, and have herniated discs. I have a lot of pesky symptoms like dizziness that may be medication related so I usually ignore them. Over the past few years I ve noticed heart pounding very hard at times where it feels scary after climbing stairs with laundry. I ve always felt like I ve had a high pulse rate when I take it on purpose but at times I notice it when resting. I m not taking my pulse at the time but I can feel my heart. I ve always kind of associated it with anxiety but since I ve been checking my blood pressure and pulse on a regular basis my pulse is categorized high more than half the time and my blood pressure is borderline and has been high a few times like today. Not too much higher than before but near the cutoff. Because of back pain I m not as active as I should be and depression and anxiety play a factor as well. I always have so many physical symptoms that I get seen only for a few things and live with the rest. Looking at the list of side effects of meds, I have many listed, but nothing that affects my day. I m getting more concerned about the heart rate. I get dizzy quickly when out in the heat and cannot tolerate it for long. I m inside, napped, in a quiet environment and don t feel too overwhelmed at the moment but I can feel my heart racing a bit. I m starting to think it s not anxiety
