Suggest Treatment For Depression, Anxiety And Seasonal Allergies

I am 45years old female, having four kids. am having anxity disorder,panic attack, depression, afraid of almost everything. I have neck shoulder and back pain severely, i have seasonal alergy. now am taking Menso plus and cal 123 for about 8months, i want to change my medicine as i dont find it working anymore. Can u please tell me what is all this medicine for: cap isofresh, cap nuro agr plus, cap caldox and Tab microdox LBX. eagerly waiting for ur reply.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have depression, anxiety and seasonal allergies . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are due to depression . Allergic reaction can also cause such symptoms .I would suggest you to consult your psychiatrist again if there is very little improvement for proper examination . Doctor will take history and prescribe fluoxetine , duloxetine , bupropion or tricyclic antidepressants . For now do light exercises daily and do relaxing exercises like yoga and meditation . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist.
