Suggest Treatment For Depression, Headache And Nausea
26, male 5-10 170lbs with no real medical problems in the past. about 7 months ago i became really depressed and tired but had no headaches. since spring and summer has come i'm not as nearly depressed but i still have been tired alot. I've also developed a strange headache in the last month. its a mild pain, that tends to stay behind the eyes and front of my head. it just comes everyday and is sometimes i get nausea but dont throw up
I went through your details. I did rather say, you had a disappointing incident in your life 7 months back. Or was it typical clinical depression? Were you diagnosed for clinical depression and prescribed medicines for that? In any case, it was before 7 months and you had recovered. It it was clinical depression and you had medicines for that, then you should consult the same psychiatrist for treatment now. Otherwise, the present symptoms could just be due to stress and obsessive and relational thinking about the past incident. Slight changes in life style, exercises and meditation can clear your problems. Please consult a psychologist.
