Suggest Treatment For Depression, Lethargy And Poor Memory

I have Bipolar and major depression. Recently divorced and very sad about it. I must have had a breakdown at work because I was brought home by important people and I do not remember it. I was put in parthvillenon pavillion in Nashille TN and received ECT. Two weeks in the hospital which I do not remember. I am now receiving ECT on OP basis. I am still depressed, very lethargic and poor memory. I guess what I want to know is even with the above description do I have a chance to get better.
