Hello,

To those who come to my clinic with similar symptoms i would recommend the following:
1) Take the tablet daily without fail
2) Daily physical exercise is necessary for at least 30 mins a day for 5 days a week.
3) Daily meditation for at least 5 mins a day is very helpful.
4) Engage yourself in fun activities like playing with kids when you feel low.
5) Spend sometime everyday writing a journal.

As you are 60% ok now, I'm confident you will become 90% ok by the above mentioned activities along with medication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
