Dear Sir,My name is Vimal Chandra, and i am from Allahabad.Sir my elder brother is suffering from some depression issues and his behavior has gone changed.Now he is started to arguing and beating our family members. So sir i am requesting you to please give us some solution for him, because we want his normal life again, and sir i know he is not in his own control. It would have been great if you would have some more details about his behaviour like his sleep pattern, mood, any sort of suspicious behavior and details of past episode.

Anyhow, I feel that your brother is suffering from some sort of mood disorder.
I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist. Mood stabiliser drugs like valproate will help.
