Suggest Treatment For Depression

is it normal for me to be soo tired and feel like I have depression but I have no reason to be depressed but I am feeling very useless have no energy and I eat good take vitamins I do take good care of myself I don t know what to do and I wont take all these patches or pills they scare me and I am very allergic to that estrogen patch... really tired of struggleing with no drive is this normal. thank you
