Suggest Treatment For Depression

My friend has ben acting wired lately, She jsut stares out nto space and forgets out do so stuff. She is a very smart person, but I know she is suppose to take medicine for depression and other stuff and she does not take it. She is going down hill and she needs help.

Hi,
From symptoms it seems that she might be having acute depression and require to consult psychiatrist as soon as possible.
Initially she might be resistant to go to psychiatrist and and treatment but with psychological counseling she will start taking medicine.
