doctor i am 26 years old and married lady having one son...my problem is i get dipressed sometimes without any reason i start doubting on my husband because most of the time he is out of station he loves me alot but allthough i get doubt on him and i get dipressed and my main problem is i am lonely i do job but part time only..and i do breathing exercise daily too....now please tell me what should i do ? i want to get rid of this problem...please help me..
