Suggest Treatment For Depression

sir well i m mubashir rasool and my cousin is having the probleums od dipression well she is behaving like some sofii saint and she needs all what she want...she was in the same probleum bk 7yrs almost and from bk till now she got four times same attack , as we have shown it o doctor mushatq margoob , but we are worrying about the repetation of the illness....

She is having episodic illness and has suffered 4 episodes in last 7 years. The symptoms like her behaving as Sufi Saint and her behaviour that she needs all she want are probably some grandiose ideation though I can't comment with certainty as information you have provided is limited. She is having episodic illness and this can be due to Bipolar disorder. I would advise you to show her to a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and for confirmation of diagnosis. Medicines like Sodium Valproate, Lithium carbonate etc are mood stabilisers and are used in bipolar disorder. Antidepressants like Bupropion, Fluoxetine etc can help in depressive symptoms. Discuss a psychiatrist for prescription and for medicines that are best for her clinical condition.
