Suggest Treatment For Depression

I've read descriptions of depression and I recognize some symptoms in myself but I'm not so drastic that I can't get out of bed. I just seem to slow down and fizzle out each day. I experience low feelings, more so than I used to. How can I know if it's mild depression? Is there such a thing and what's the treatment that's not involving drugs?
