Suggest Treatment For Dermatitis Around Surgery Site

I ve recently been operated on for breast cancer.I now have an implant which will soon be inserted with some fluid to restore breast -like appearance, Well the skin around the operation has a dermatitis of some sort. I ve been applying vinegar to the area and desodine lotion after washing the area. It appears to be getting better. I m trying to get a dematological appoint before the 16th of January. Can you make suggestions?

Hello,

Developing a rash around your surgical incision is fairly common. It's usually caused by the glue or adhesive used to close the wound, or antibiotic ointments applied to the wound. For a severe reaction that may be allergic it is often necessary to utilize an over-the-counter antihistamines or corticosteroid cream.
