Suggest Treatment For Desquamative Inflammatory Vaginitis

I have recently been diagnosed with desquamous inflammatory vaginitis and/or lichens planus. I am using a clindamycin/hydrocortisone cream internally and clobetasole cream externally. My symptoms are improved however not completely gone. This has been going on for 6 months now starting 8 weeks after the birth of my daughter. I am wondering if they could be missing something or if there is a better treatment option out there. Any time the clindamycin/ HC are stopped my symptoms come back with severe inflammation, pelvic pain, vaginal pain, constipation, and vaginal discharge.
