Hi,

It's important to consult with a neurologist or spine specialist who can evaluate your symptoms and develop an appropriate treatment plan for you.

There are several treatment options available for neuropathy, depending on the underlying cause and severity of the condition. These may include:
* Medications: Medications such as gabapentin, pregabalin, and amitriptyline can help manage neuropathy symptoms such as pain and tingling.
* Physical therapy: A physical therapist can help you develop an exercise program to improve muscle strength and flexibility and reduce pain and other symptoms.
* Surgery: In some cases, surgery may be necessary to relieve pressure on the affected nerve or to repair any damage.
* Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS): TENS therapy involves applying a small electric current to the affected area to relieve pain and other symptoms.
* Lifestyle changes: Lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding smoking and alcohol can help manage neuropathy symptoms and slow the progression of the condition.

It's important to work with your doctor to determine the best treatment plan for you based on your individual needs and the underlying cause of your neuropathy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
