Suggest Treatment For Deteriorating Vertebrae

I have had constant nagging neck pain on the right side - i have had x-rays and MRI's and it shows deteriorating vertebrae (C3 &7) - due to RA. I have been sweating at night and in the day - any ideas? I am 54 years old - RA since 2001 which is under control with Rhemicaid
