Suggest Treatment For Diabetes And Blood Pressure

hi i am 43 year old and my wife 36yrs having a girl baby aged 7, i have my bp always 90/140 and i take tablets for more than 13 years , and now my sugar level is also increased for the last 3/4 tests my fasting sugar is around 110-125 , i am doing regular diet control now not yet started the medicine, NOW my wife suggest to go for another baby, is it adviceable kindly do suggest me , iam totally confused.

You can go for another baby as your wife is not diabetic and more so you also in pre diabetic state so you can very well have another baby
