I am a 70 yr old female. I have Addisons, Diabetes, Hashimotos, Allergic Chronic Bronchitis and Hypertropic Cardiomyopathy. I recently had Double Pneumonia in March of this year. with Fungus in the lungs. Everything seems to be under control with all my issues with the exception of an ongoing kidney/bladder infection for a period of 8 to 9 mths. off and on. My question is: Why am I EXTREMELY WEAK and SHORT WINDED upon exertion? Any Suggestions would be helpful! Thank You. winded upon exertion?

Hi,

Treatment. The goal of therapy for chronic bronchitis is to relieve symptoms, prevent complications and slow the progression of the disease. Quitting smoking is also essential for patients with chronic bronchitis, since continuing to use tobacco will only further damage the lungs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Esmeralda Sera,
