Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

My father suffering blood sugar since last 1 year, Now after getting medicine his suggar lable is normal but he have loosing much more weight and due to weakness he can not walk. Suger testing report is Fast 88 and PP 112. What treatment should be carried out ?Please prescribe me.

I appreciate your concern for your father.
Your father's weakness is due to his blood sugar going very low.
For an elderly person, the ideal blood sugar is around 100mg fasting and around 140 mg two hours after food. This can be achieved by decreasing his medicines or improving his food intake.
If you would let me know his height, weight and the medicines he is on, I can advise you appropriately.
