Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

Hi I am a diabetic type 2. I also consume 8 glasses of wine every night and have drank fairly heavy for over 20 years. My blood levels start at 9-10 I have increased my medication but cannot get my diabetes under control. I also have fatty liver and have been on medication for bipola disorder for 14 years. I have a lot of gas and burping all day. My diet has improved a lot and I ve lost 16 kilos. What is your recommended prognosis for my future?

2. Associated fatty liver, due to alcohol affects metabolism further. Weight reduction is helpful. However, if its protein loss, it is bad
