In your case,need few more information from you to provide a better suggestion on treatment plan which are as follows

1)How long have you been suffering ?
2)Any family history of diabetes?
3)Recent HbA1C,FBS,PPBS after 2 hrs values if available ?
4)Are you already on any medications for diabetes?
5)Any relevant medical history like obesity etc ?
