Hello welcome to HCM.

Your random blood sugar level is too high. You need to control it as soon as possible . Because high blood sugar and both short and long term complications.
My advice to you is -

1.At this levels you should be treated by a diabetologist or other qualified doctor with insulin at least for few days.

2.Do check your FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report. And also repeat it every 3 monthly.

3.Adequate diet and daily brisk walking for 40 minutes is necessary.

4.There are many drugs available to control your blood sugar and even if it will not controlled we can give you long acting insulins. So, don't get disappointed but get treatment as early possible. Also remember to take treatment regularly and ask your doctor about treatment of hypoglycaemia.
Thank you.
