Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

My husband blood sugar measured at 567 two hrs after his evening meal has signs of unexplained weight loss excessive thirst, excessive urination 6-10 times nightly. This morning before breakfast reading was 367. weight loss of 28 lbs 5-6 week span. I know this is dangerous for his overall health is this the beginning of full blown diabetes?

Welcome to hcm, from the symptoms and your blood sugar levels it is evident that he is a diabetic there is no need to be panic diabetic patient needs regular exercise diet regulations and on time with anti diabetic medications your treating physician will guide you about your medications you must understand that keeping your sugar levels lower will decrease the incidence of heart attack and stroke hope this explains
