Suggest Treatment For Diaphyseal Dysplasia

I am looking for a doctor in the Los Angeles area to evaluate and treat my husband who has diaphyseal dysplasia. He is now at the stage where his legs are so weak he needs a wheelchair most of the time and the pain level is nearly unmanageable. His overall stamina is poor.
