Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Abdominal Cramps And Severe Pain
Hello, I underwent numerous abdominal surgeries approximately 10 months ago for an abdominal hematoma complicated by spontaneous hemophilia. As a result of the surgeries I had my abdominis rectus muscle removed after an infection. The past month I have had constant diarrhea and am noticing increased abdominal distinction and gas. I feel full, uncomfortable, with somewhat explosive diarrhea and cramping after eating but not severe pain. I m wondering if I should visit the ER or wait for an appointment on Monday. Hello,
You are having severe explosive diarrhea.
So I will not suggest you to wait for more three days.
You should consult ER for your evaluation.
You have to maintain hydration with lots of water.
It's advisable to maintain electrolyte balance through ORS intake.
To rule out ineffective etiology,I suggest you investigate with stool routine micro examination.Take soft and Bland diet more with more fruit juice.
