Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And UTI During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 12 weeks pregnant, found out I had urinary tract infection due to E. coli . I ve tried to treat it by drinking a whole bottle of pure cranberry juice, sugar free... About 35 fl oz in one hour. This led to serious diarrhea and since then, I ve had some strange looking diarrhea that is powdery looking and black. I ve had no pain. Should I be worried or is it normal for cranberry juice to give some people black powdery diarrhea?

cranberry juice contain a type of sugar,fructose which can cause diarrhoea in some people
when pregnant extra precaution is needed in taking any thing orally
moderation is needed in all
urinary tract infection needed to be treated in pregnancy as it has many side effect like anemia,preterm labor,vaginal infection and many
it is always advised to treat uti especially in pregnancy
a urine culture and sensitivity test may be needed
