Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Colitis

My 6 year old daughter started having diarrhea Wednesday. It looked like diarrhea until Thursday. But, for the past 3 days, it has looked like what my stool looks like mine when my colitis acts up. She’s been going at least once an hour since Wednesday. Other than going to the bathroom all the time, she said she feels fine. No, fever, stomach doesn’t hurt anymore. Is it possible that she has colitis? Or do you think it’s just a virus?
