Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And High Blood Sugar Levels

I am 64, wt 74 KG height 5 6 . Taking Medicine (1) Zoryl M1 one &Half Tab both before breakfast and dinner; (2) Advog 0.2 One Tab after lunch for the last one & half yr. Diabetic for 7 yrs. B P medicine (1) Olmark A 20 for the 2 and half yrs. (2) Atorfit Cv 20 once after dinner. My sugar and BP were normal. On 21st June this yr I got diarrhea due to infected Orange juice on roadside. I stopped all Diabetic and BP Med for 2 days only. Med started on 24th June. Yesterday on 28th suddenly I felt sweating and head realing and my sugar & Bp fluctuated . Sugar was 164 after 2 hr of meal , but it reduced to 48 after 4 hours of meal and BP fell down to 93/65 but resumed to 115/ 75 within 3-4 hrs. Today on 29th June My sugar increased to 205 after 2 hrs of breakfast. All other tests viz, creatinine uric acid etc are normal. My question is why so much fluctuation of sugar which was fully controlled for the last 7 yrs and nver exceeded fasting 100 and 180 after food? even before medication?

* High fluctuation of blood sugar, as well as blood pressure, are in relation to underlying bacterial infection of the gut producing an inflammatory response of the body to eradicate the same, with secondary changes of dehydration and stress.

* It is the basic control of infection which is required to cure the sugar and BP fluctuation at its best.
