Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Severe Lethargy
I started daily 6km jogging from last Wednesday on Highway Road, my age is 29, height: 5.8, weight: 70... i sleep daily 5 t0 6 hours.. But now i am suffering from diarrhea, lose concentration & feeling so tired day by day... i don t know what happened to me...Plz i want your suggestion..what i do..?

The symptoms seem to be related to loose of electrolyte, probably due to sweating. I suggest to check the electrolyte level, so you should probably go at the emergency room. Electrolyte solution is probably needed to improve the symptoms.
