Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Body Pain, Lower Back Pain And Stomach Ache

Hello doctor, I m facing loose motions,body pain, too much back ache,specially on the lower side,also stomach ache.Please suggest me possible test or treatment. I often suffer from stomach ache n that sometimes feels like some current on one part of stomach for few seconds.

Well come to HCM
Most of the diarrhea are self limiting until and unless proved some infections till then this does not need any treatment medication or test, but of course dehydration would be matter of concern, else this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, take care.
