Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Fever And Severe Abdominal Spasms

Hello I have been having diarrhea for 2 day. No vomiting but also I have fever throughout the day each about 10 to 15 minutes. I m also have a lot of stomach spasms that really hurts around every 3 to 5 minutes depending on my position. I have had to Gatorade since everything started, a small bowl of rice, an apple and 2 glasses of cooked ginger and mint. Reading online I believe I have a stomach virus. It s going on 3 days now. I need advice on whether I should go to the hospital now our just wait it out

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of diarrhea, fever and severe abdominal spasms which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance, gastroenteritis and irritable bowel syndrome.Need not to worry. Ciplox TZ along with meftal spas is the right medication combination for you. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like seafood and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
