Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Headaches And Excessive Belching

I have a very acidedy stomach, belchng a lot and diarrhea. I was voimiting last night who ch came out as just acid. I was near family this weekend and they had the same thing. I had a piece of toast today with cheese and keep it down with a fruit smoothie. What can I take for my bad headaches my acid is subsiding a bit the belching is still there and I m going to the bathroom less but drinking lots of water what can I take for medication and what should I be eating. Hi,

* Intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or bug.

* Primary guidelines for better recovery:

- Hydration with plenty of liquids.
- Bland vegan diet with organic fresh fruits.
- Prescription of anti emetic ( as ondancetron )
- PPI ( as omeprazole )
- GI specific antibiotic ( as Metronidazole )
- OTC basis paracetamol for headache

* Regular follow up with your doctor.
